These terms and conditions govern your use of the essexadvertising.com website and the services provided by Essex Advertising Services Ltd (Company No. 11826595), registered at 181-183 Station Lane, Hornchurch, United Kingdom, RM12 6LL.
Essex Advertising Services Ltd provides B2B advertising services including but not limited to paid search management, LinkedIn advertising, programmatic display advertising, brand strategy, content marketing and analytics. All services are subject to individual agreements and proposals.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Essex Advertising Services Ltd or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
All advertising services are governed by separate service agreements that define scope, fees, payment terms and deliverables. These terms supplement but do not replace any individual service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in an individual service agreement, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essex Advertising Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant services in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential all information received from the other party that is designated as confidential or that would reasonably be understood to be confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
After any initial contract term, either party may terminate services by providing 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately if payment is overdue or terms are breached.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
